What	Open Competition for the three best clean energy business plan in the region
Important Dates	Important Dates
Eligibility	Any team with a focus on the area within 75 miles of Sacramento or associated with the region.
Contest Procedure	All entries submitted to panel of judges and scored according to set criteria. Semifinalists will advance to the second round, make 15 minute presentation to 6-judge panel. Six finalists will advance to the third round and make 20 minute presentation to 5-judge panel.
Prizes	First place--$25,000 Second place--$15,000 People’s choice--$10,000 (decided by audience from remainder of contestants)
