Final round - (November 15, 2006)
• Each finalist team will make a presentation as in the prior round to a seven member panel of judges. At the conclusion of all the judging, each team will then make a 5-7 minute presentation to an audience of the general public.

• The judges will choose a first and second-place winner. The audience will by secret ballot choose a third place winner, “People’s Choice.”
