PowerUP! Business Plan Competition Overview
This Clean Energy Business Plan
Competition will divide $50,000 in prize money among the top
three contestants. PowerUp! is designed to help new business
leaders create a compelling story to attract funding for their
start-up and accelerate the time to market for their initial
products. This competition will:

•Encourage networking among sector-focused participants, funding sources, mentors, and industry leaders
To achieve these goals, PowerUp! will
recommend educational programs, training work shops and
offer and three opportunities for entrepreneurs to present
their business ideas to a panel of distinguished judges.
These events will help contestants clarify their strategic
vision, test their business plans, and boost their presentation
skills. Three winners will be selected in the final competitive
round, and each winner will share a portion of the $50,000
prize money plus products and/or services provided by accounting,
legal and marketing service providers. |
