| Eligibility |
Any team with a focus on the area within 75 miles of
Sacramento or associated with the region. |
| Contest
Procedure |
All entries submitted to panel of judges
and scored according to set criteria. Semifinalists will
advance to the second round, make 15 minute presentation
to 6-judge panel. Six finalists will advance to the third
round and make 20 minute presentation to 5-judge panel. |

First place--$25,000
Second place--$15,000
People’s choice--$10,000 (decided by audience from
remainder of contestants) |
