Registering Exhibit Space at the Showcase

How do I register my exhibit booth?
Select your desired exhibit space in the registration pane at the bottom of this page.  You will have an option to select an economy, standard, premium or outside exhibit space.  Electricity and table cloth are also available, see below for more details. After you've selected your exhibit space type and amenities, click order now; you will then be directed to an order completion page where you will enter your payment information.

How do I select my exhibit booth location?
On the order completion page, you will be prompted to select your desired exhibit location. You will need to select your exhibit space location using the exhibit hall map available here. Exhibit spaces are first come, first serve; if your desired location is unavailable in the drop down menu, another exhibitor has already reserved it.

Will electricity be available?
Electricity will cost $25 and is limited to exhibit spaces denoted with an "E" on the floor map.

Will the tables be covered or should I bring my own table cloths?
You can feel free to bring your own table cloth, we also have them avalable for rent for $15.

Does exhibiting include an admission ticket?
Yes, all exhibit spaces come with event admission for 2.  After you have registered your exhibit booth, you will receive a discount code in an email to register the attendees representing your booth.

I'm a Sponsor, How do I register my complementary exhibit booth?
If you are a sponsor or a partner and receive a discount or free rate, enter you discount code by click "Enter Discount Code" on the bottom-right of pane.
